Phoenix Overseas Limited’s CSR activity is governed under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, and approved by the Board. In 2025–26, we committed ₹13.07 lakh across three programmes—Educational Materials Support Programme, Nutritional Food Distribution Programme, and Sanitation & Hygiene Awareness Programme—reaching beneficiaries including school-going children from economically weaker sections, economically disadvantaged families, children and elderly persons, rural communities, rural households, local women, and community members.
